Hidden gem right off I-10 serving some of the best birria, molcajetes, margaritas, and Mexican food near San Antonio. I’ve tried over 1,800 restaurants around San Antonio and probably over 50 different birria spots and this birria is honestly one of my favorites. One bite and it’ll make you cheer so loud everyone will think the Spurs just won the championship. The molcajetes come out sizzling and loaded with steak, shrimp, chicken, seafood, cheese, avocado, and so much flavor. The mango margarita was cold, smooth, and dangerous in the best way possible. ?
