The Kakayu Lake Mystery: Pat Rousseau’s 1969 Encounter

In 1969, 19 year old Pat Rousseau of Quebec — a biology student on a summer job in northern Quebec — was flown, with 3 other men, to a remote lake that had, among the Cree, the reputation of harbouring a creature that caused most people to give the area a wide berth.
However, the men had a 4-5 day period to do their work. which they did, in spite of mysterious circumstances that finally culminated with a glimpse of the exact creature that Pat had been warned about.
Sitting beside his amazing, newly-sculpted, life-sized replica of the 'kakayu' they saw, Pat gives us a detailed, chilling account of their experience at Kakayu Lake.
