¿The güero capitol of Mexico? This is what I found in TEPATITLÁN

Is Tepatitlán the güero capitol of Mexico? Is Tepa a town or a city? I found a lot of cool things including huipiles, piñatas, traditional sweets and very friendly people eager to show me their corner of Mexico. I enjoyed this random Mexican town. I hope you do too!
